Tina's villa is a newly built detached, fully air-conditioned villa located at the top of the village, it overlooks the blue Mediterranean from one side and fields full of carob trees on the other. Tina's villa has been tastefully furnished throughout with modern furniture, has a beautiful 8 x 4 swimming pool with roman steps and outside shower, built-in BBQ, patio with outside furniture & sunloungers, and is only a 15 minute walk from the picturesque village square.
The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, coffee table, sideboard, satellite TV & DVD player overlooking the pool area.
The dining area has an wooden dinning table and four chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave & patio door.
The lounge/dining and kitchen area are open-plan and are fully air-conditioned. An internal staircase leads up to a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine iron/ironing board and out to a spacious roof terrace with table&chairs which has spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the coastline.
