Marina's villa is a modern two bedroom luxury villa, sleeping up to four people, situated adjacent to the beach road just a few hundred metres from the sea. It has full air-conditioning as well as full central heating and is furnished to a very high standard. It has an outside shaded veranda with table & chairs over-looking the 9.5m x 3.5m swimming pool.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils, including modern Italian appliances which include  electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave.
There is a dining table with six chairs. The sitting room has a sofa, armchair, coffee tables, a television with Satellite, DVD player with a selection of recent DVD's and a Hi/Fi system.
There is also a local telephone with internet access.
The villa has two beautifully furnished bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and cupboards.
The Master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and en-suite facilities.
The second bedroom is also tastefully furnished with twin beds.
There is also a beautiful second shower room opposite the second bedroom.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
