These four beautiful identical villas each have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool, and are situated only a few minutes walk from the beach of Pissouri. There are also a number of tavernas and shops within a short walk from the villa. The Village of Pissouri can easily be reached by car where there are a number of of tavernas, banks and shops. The beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by a wide terraced area, as well as a lawn with garden furniture and sun loungers.
Living/dining/kitchen area : This open plan area is air-conditioned and comfortably furnished with soft sofas and chairs, and offers satellite television, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and has a large dining table for 6 persons. A terrace overlooking the garden extends from the kitchen and steps from here lead down to the pool area.
Bedrooms: The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The double master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony with views of the clear blue sea. The two further twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom. Each bedroom has air-conditioning which is included in the price, and the master bedroom has a safe box. A cot is also available.
Outside: The 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace complete with sun beds, large umbrellas, tables, chairs and large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a built barbeque area to the side, and also a separate shower room and a covered mini kitchen with a sink and small refrigerator to ensure poolside refreshments can be kept cool.
