The villa has an open plan kitchen/dining room with a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and board. There is a dining table with six chairs. The separate sitting room has sofas, coffee tables, television with Sky satellite bringing you all your favourite English programmes, also a CD player.
There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, two double bedded rooms, one with an ensuite shower room and two twin bedded rooms. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc. All rooms have ceiling fans.

The villa has a 10m by 5m private swimming pool, which is regularly maintained, large verandas with 8 sun-loungers, outside tables and chairs. The veranda by the pool has a new pergola for reading in the shade. Steps leading down to a paved garden area.
A welcome pack is provided for your arrival. In addition to the air-conditioning for the summer, the villa is centrally heated for the cooler months: both are included in the rental charge. Sheets and towels are changed weekly.

Payment - 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 8 weeks before arrival.
