Jasmine villa
Jasmine is a three bedroom luxury villa which sleeps six people situated in a quiet area yet only a two minute walk from the centre of the village with fantastic sea views.
Jasmine has has just been completely re-decorated throughout and newly furnished ready for the 2010 season, it has air-conditioning in all three bedrooms and a full oil fired central-heating system for the cooler months.
The villa is built all on one level, has a shaded rear veranda with outside table and chairs. It has large beautiful gardens with organically grown fruit, vegetables and herbs, which the guests are free to use at their leisure. There is a 10 x 5 metre private swimming pool with roman steps, six sun loungers and a front covered sunroom with table, chairs and sofa overlooking the pool and Pissouri Bay. A Barbecue is provided. All linen and towels are included and changed over weekly.

Kitchen: Jasmine has a large separate kitchen with laminate flooring and granite work tops, it's fully equipped, including washing machine, microwave, double sinks, iron and ironing board, everything you could possibly need.
Bedrooms : One large double in master bedroom, one standard double and one twin-bedded room with two one-and-a-half size singles. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning, patio doors, ceiling fans and wardrobes and cupboards.
Bathrooms : One family bathroom, fully tiled with an over-head shower, fitted washbasin and WC and shaver point.
There is also an extra WC with shower and washbasin.

Payment - 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 8 weeks before arrival.
