Georgia villa is a brand new detached, fully air-conditioned villa located at the top of the village, it overlooks the blue Mediterranean from one side and fields full of carob trees on the other. Georgia villa has been tastefully furnished throughout with modern furniture, has a beautiful 8 x 4 swimming pool with roman steps and outside shower, built-in BBQ, patio with outside furniture, and is only a 10 minute walk from the picturesque village square.
The lounge area has two comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, sideboard, satellite TV & DVD player.
The dining area has an Indonesian wooden dinning table and four chairs overlooking the pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave & patio door which opens to the pool area and outside BBQ.
The lounge/dining and kitchen area are open-plan and are fully air-conditioned. A spiral staircase from the sitting room leads up to a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine iron/ironing board and leads out to a spacious roof terrace with table and chairs which has spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the coastline.
