Payment - 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of  8 weeks before arrival.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. 
Air conditioning / Central heating is included.
Please note that if you choose to cancel, the deposit and/or balance is not refundable. In your own interests please ensure that you take out adequate insurance at the time of booking in case of illness, accident, etc.
