Falcon's Nest is a newly built (2008) air conditioned villa found just 200m from the sea and is located in an exclusive development with less than a 2 min walk to the beach, local shops, restaurants and hotels. The villa is fully furnished with two double rooms and one twin room, sleeping six and is ideal for couples and families. It has its own 8m x 4m private pool and offers a beautiful view of Pissouri Bay from the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area comes with a table and six chairs and the lounge is furnished with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa and TV unit with DVD player and CD player/radio. The main bathroom is located upstairs and downstairs there is a guest toilet. Other extras include washing machine, iron and ironing board and cots, highchair and car seats are available for families.
Please note : There is a £400.00 refundable security deposit to be paid with payment for this villa.
Payment - 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 8 weeks before arrival.
