Chelidonia villa is situated in a quiet area along the old beach road at the foot of Pissouri village, it has three upstairs bedrooms, one ensuite, and a family bathroom. It also has a study downstairs which has a double bed/settee, so it can sleep eight people in comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite tops, gas hob, full oven and microwave. An integrated automatic washing machine and dishwasher are also provided.
Also downstairs is a study with a full size double bed settee giving the option of a second lounge area. Immediately next to this study is a downstairs bathroom with large shower, toilet and wash basin.
The lounge has a large corner settee and equipped with flat screen TV with Sky satellite & DVD.
